Canning Foods at Home – The Basics

Ginny Fitzner, Volunteer Master Food Preserver with Penn State Extension Service will be holding a 1-hour canning class serving as an introduction to pressure and water bath canning.

We will cover canning equipment, techniques, storage, and food safety.
