Dr. Colleen Shogan, Archivist of the United States, will be joining the Norwin Public Library for a virtual program.

Dr. Shogun was sworn in as the 11th Archivist of the United States on May 17, 2023.

A Norwin graduate, Dr. Shogan holds a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College and a Ph.D. in American Politics from Yale University, where she was a National Science Foundation Graduate Fellow.
