Norwin Library Open For Browsing and Limited Computer Use

The Norwin Public Library is now open to the public… with a few temporary changes to adhere with safety guidelines set out by the CDC and the State of Pennsylvania.

Masks on! All patrons and staff will be required to wear a mask when inside the building. If you have a medical condition that precludes you or your family from wearing a mask, don’t worry. We offer curbside pickup and reader’s advisory services. Place holds on our website, or give us a call at 724-863-4700 x 3. We will take your requests and call you when you can pick up your items from our Curbside table outside the library.

As always, hand sanitizer will be available for you when you enter the building.

Patrons should maintain a six foot distance from staff and other patrons.

Chairs and couches have been removed from the Adult, young adult, and children’s area.

Magazines can now be checked out, however, newspapers will not be available due to the risk of contamination.

All items returned to the library will be quarantined for 72 hours upon return.

Computer use will be limited to one hour.

Use of the Local History Room will be by appointment only.

Please, no donations at this time.

Thank you for your cooperation. We look forward to seeing you soon!
